“Guma Na Yesu” is a Runyankole phrase pronounced “Goom-uh nuh Yay-soo,” translating to “Keep with Jesus.”

Established in 1991 by Naboth and Alice Tumuhairwe, the ministry began with a desire to extend love and compassion to those in need.
Today, Guma Na Yesu Foundation operates across South Western Uganda through three pillars:

Who We Serve
We serve children identified and rescued during evangelism crusades—many orphaned, abandoned at birth, or affected by abuse and neglect.
Guma Na Yesu Children Centres
Our care includes food, shelter, clothing, education, and spiritual welfare through Adullam Schools, Kingdom Secondary School, and Adullam Vocational Training Centres.

Meet the Founders
Evangelist Naboth K. Tumuhairwe and Pastor Alice Tumuhairwe are the founders of Guma Na Yesu Ministries in Western Uganda. After decades of faithful church planting, the ministry has grown into a network of 300+ churches serving 100,000+ members.
Evangelist Naboth conducts crusades across the Great Lakes region and beyond, while Pastor Alice provides senior pastoral leadership and oversees local spiritual care.
